Web App Guide

Manage your organization, tax details, points, API keys and tax documents from the dashboard

Create an account

Sign up at https://my.wisporta.com/sign-up with your email. No signup fee, no card required.

Nothing is charged until you choose to add points.

Add your tax details before your first top-up

Every top-up produces an electronic receipt and tax invoice, so we need your tax details first. Fill them in under Settings, in the tax details tab.

No tax details, no top-upIf they are missing, the dashboard opens the form when you try to add points. There is no skip, and no option to decline the tax invoice.

What to have ready

Registered taxpayer name · 13-digit tax ID or national ID number · branch code (companies; use 00000 for head office) · registered address · the email that should receive documents

If you fill the form from a Thai IP address, the country is locked to Thailand and cannot be changed later — it is what decides VAT.

Add points

Go to Billing and enter the number of points you want, not an amount of money. Between 100 and 100,000 points per transaction. 1 point = 1 THB before tax.

Prices are shown before VATYou pay the number of points plus VAT. Buy 1,000 points and you pay 1,070 THB and receive the full 1,000 points. The checkout page shows VAT on its own line.

Payment methods

PromptPay (scan a QR code) · credit and debit cards · Google Pay · Apple Pay

When the points arrive

Cards and wallets land as soon as payment succeeds. PromptPay waits for the bank to confirm — usually seconds, and the payment shows as processing until then. Points arrive only once it is confirmed, and you never need to pay twice.

Points do expire

Points last 30 days from the top-up that added them, and a new top-up extends the existing balance by another 30 days.

At expiry the remaining balance is zeroed and recorded as an expiry entry in your history. Requests after that return 402 credit_expired until you top up again.

The total is capped at 365 days from the date of the top-up, no matter how often you add points.

Every gateway response already carries X-Credit-Expires-At and X-Credit-Days-Left, so you can drive your own alerting from them.

Create and revoke API keys

Go to API Keys and create a key, named for where it will be used. Keys start with sk- and are shown exactly once — after that you see only the name and the opening characters.

sk-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Keys belong to the organization, not to a person

Every key in the organization spends the same points and reports into the same usage. Create one key per system or per environment so you can separate usage and revoke a part of it.

The API Keys page is open to owners and admins only — members cannot open it.

Revoking a key

Revoke it and it stops working immediately; requests still using it return 401 unauthorized. The usage history of a revoked key stays intact.

Track usage and cost

The Usage page lists every request that went through the gateway.

  • The provider and model actually used
  • Input and output tokens
  • Cost in points (pts)
  • Time per request, in milliseconds
  • Which key made the request

Filter and export

Filter by date range, model, key and status. There is a daily chart, and a CSV export for reconciling with your finance team.

The Overview page gathers point balance, usage against the previous period, top models and recent activity onto one screen.

Download your tax invoice

Every successful payment gets an electronic document, downloadable from the payment history on the Billing page.

Documents take a moment to issue

Right after payment the row reads as issuing, then turns into a download button. Your points arrive immediately and do not wait for the document.

The email is a notification, not the documentWe email you when a document is ready, but nothing is attached and there is no link that opens the file without signing in. The signed-in dashboard is the only way to get it — that way a document issued in error can still be corrected before it reaches you.

Invite members and set roles

Under Settings, in the members tab, invite teammates by email and we send the invitation. There are three roles.

RoleCan do
ownerEverything, including adding points, managing keys, and changing member roles
adminAdd points, manage keys, invite and remove members. Cannot change roles.
memberView usage, organization details and payment history. Cannot open the API Keys page.
Only an owner can change a member role. Both owners and admins can invite and remove members.
